Argentine No-till Farmers Association – AAPRESID – is a non-profit organization committed to fulfill the needs and expectations of its associates, and to promote innovation as an organizational attitude.

It is a permanent duty for all the personnel to guarantee the quality of our services, to fulfill the assumed commitments with our associates, and to satisfy their current and future needs, which helps to keep and to improve leadership in services and to accomplish our mission.

To guarantee quality, the Board of directors of AAPRESID provides the necessary resources to:

1. Estimate the needs and the level of satisfaction of our associates.

2. Keep our personnel qualified to contribute with the permanent improvement, stimulating team work and self-management, considering empowerment as our major tool.

3. Increase and improve information flow as well as trust links among the members who constitute the network of AAPRESID.

4. Implement improvement plans to better the performance of the Quality Management System and its processes.

5. Evaluate and choose our suppliers regarding the quality of their products and services.
